550 sit-ups for my 55th birthday
I just finished Jesse Itzler’s book “Living With A SEAL: 31 Days Training With The Toughest Man on the Planet.” Needless to say I was inspired. My self image is usually pretty low. I think I’m fat, I’m really just a little manorexic. I think I’m out of shape, I did triathlons into my forties. So, for my fifty-fifth birthday I decided to do five hundred fifty sit-ups.
